I’ve gotten to know this great city and have watched it continue to grow and develop. I serve the community in and around Jacksonville Beach, a region I know well. I worked with a corporation in town in negotiating their land leases as well as access issues for many years.  I decided to leave to create my own property management company. Managing properties has helped me create better customer relations and added another layer into my real estate background. Finally, becoming a realtor lets me work directly with you and your family.
